Well, not entirely. While it is a decent summary of Stalin's beliefs and actions toward the Tribe, including his plan to beat Hitler's high score, it does need work. It could be a lot worse. Articles on the Great Leap Forward, Holodomor, etc. are pretty balanced in presenting opinions of various scholars and there's no real tankie talking points. Tankies usually have to be very subtle on Wikipedia and try and make the subject (like Lenin) seem appealing and misunderstood unless they're on an article of an obscure politician or place where they can write all sorts of shit praising it.
