Stephen Hawking definitely visited Epstein's island in 2006, and this has been known since 2015. Epstein hosted a conference on gravity in the US Virgin Islands and invited some people back to his own island, including Hawking.

As to the question of what he might do, Hawking was known to have visited a swinger's club where he had naked (adult) women sit on him while he was fully clothed. I don't know what the legal situation is if (hypothetically speaking) Epstein had girls under 18 do that to him, and what changes if he was aware of their age. Obviously it's not something I'd do myself.

This isn't new information from the current round of Epstein revelations, but rather something I read in the book Hawking Hawking by Charles Seife and looked up the sources.
