Dumb Shit on Wikipedia

And I suppose Britain's millennium long maritime history is absolutely irrelevant to this because wypipo have no culture or some shit.

Sink a few of their boats, those little bitches will be putting up white flags in no time.
Britbongs are so shit they lost to Iceland, even the French have a fighting chance when it comes to fishing.

Based baguettes, fuck England.
The English fucked over their fisherman back in the 80's so they could get better terms from the EU for their banking sector.

English Fisherman got fishing Quotas and sold them to foreign fishing companies, something few French fisherman would be willing to do (I think under French law they may not even be allowed to). Now the English want to change the terms of the deal and the French are doing what the English fishermen should have done in the 80's.

I don't even care. Even if that's true they should just renege on the deals and start sinking French ships. Not even for any legal reason, but just because fuck the French. Do it and then justify it later in court.

I found a pretty interesting user though it's kind of weird.
I don't have a history of his comments but this guy seems obsessed with denying porn star articles. Any AfD involving porn or pornstars, or any salted articles (Hitomi Tanaka) you see this guy.

In general it seems pretty obvious that there is a dedicated group of Wikipedia users who are hellbent on deleting pornstars and porn articles. Like they want to delete Alexis Texas and shit like that. I wonder if they so fear sex from getting onto their glorious encyclopedia.

Yeah, I saw that too. Wikipedia is a total toilet of a website.

Usually the Featured Articles are turbo autism about Austro-Hungarian ironclads or silent movies from the Dutch East Indies and such.
Those aren't (stereotypically) autistic interests, though. Those articles were probably written by actual historians. Autists tend to like things like...fantasising about fictional superheroes having bumsex.

The Austro-Hungarian navy actually featured some pretty fascinating characters (admiral Horthy went on to be dictator of landlocked Hungary, and the father of the Von Trapp family served in it), but that's covered by actual academics and people like The Great War channel.

Why does an encyclopedia need articles on porn stars? They're all going to be the same thing - some fake biography from the back of a DVD and a list of movie titles. You can get this information anywhere. I'm sure if you tried to add any accurate info about these people you'd be reverted and banned for "doxxing" or violating BLP - remember that there is no such person as "Alexis Texas" any more than there is a "Captain America," these are fictional characters played by actors and writing about or interviewing them in-character is just LARPing.

It would be extremely funny to compare the bullshit info about people in porn to the real info (column 1: "said in an interview that she is a 'very sexual person' who wants to 'explore the art of seduction'", column 2: court records showing the real person behind the pseudonym was in family court 17 times before age 15 regarding child abuse complaints and screenshots of her texting a producer that she will do interracial anal for meth if it can be set up within the next hour) but this would never be allowed.

Because if you have articles on boring musicians and bloody massacres, might as well make it interesting.

I didn't expect them to have already run out of semi-coherent articles to choose from. But when the whole site is a dumpster fire of editing wars and other problems, I guess pickings are slim.

People used to do stuff like run down every answer used in a season of Jeopardy or every topic from a specialty encyclopedia used by academics and make sure it had a good Wikipedia page. Ramachandran's encyclopedia of neurobiology is 3200 pages long, is anyone going to tell me that everything mentioned in there already has a fully fleshed out and sourced Wiki article? But I think the people interested in "Wikipedia as an MMORPG where you pretend to be an encyclopedia editor" are long gone and the only ones left are power-tripping admins and the autists who only know how to write articles on variant Power Ranger toys released in Belarus.

You forgot the tranny propagandists who fight stupid wars against those autists over tomato sandwiches being or not being hate speech. And the Turks.
