Later on they visit a mechanic, who has a jackstand fail and cause a fucking bus to land on them, but not a SINGLE person in the group knows how to use a fucking floor jack(which was also connected to wifi for some reason) because they're all "women", so they had to rely on the retard strength of the fat bitch with the braids?

This shit was too woke for the woke audience it was intended for.

That's been my feeling with a lot of modern games in general. Watching other people mald is more interesting than playing it myself. If I want to play something I enjoy, it's either indie, gacha, or made before the PS5 generation.

Eh, the gatcha games mostly look better and play better (very low bar here), and are made by people who can generally at the very least disguise their contempt for the "huwhite cis male" viewer long enough to try and sell them microtransaction waifu slop.
And at least the characters they try to sell you are generically cute, rather than being an assault on the senses.

Normally they wouldn't, but this studio Red Thread Games, is basically a small studio that runs on government welfare.

I'm still very amused that the main chick has mind rape abilities and is indisputablely presented as a good guy.

Generally in fiction mind rapers are presented as villians like Nova or Makima from Chainsaw Man because manipulating someone or stripping them of their free will is generally seen as a shitty and villianous thing to do.

Also the robot racism in this game fails as a metaphor because the robots in this world aren't sentient so it's like beng racist against toasters which is retarded.

Tldr the people that made this game are dumb.

It's absolutely insane to do robot racism these days considering the left went full on Total AI Death because they realized they are going to be replaced as shitty (sometimes literally) artists and writers. Literally they want to ban every media that uses AI and start rumours against media they don't like that they are harbouring AI at the basement.

There's that, as well as the MC hating robots not because of "prejudice", but because she can't manipulate them into being her slaves. Since she can't control them, that means she views them as evil.

Again, no self-awareness. It almost comes across as a parody, given the game openly admitteding that the woke are trying to eliminate/replace white people and MC's abuse of everyone including her friends. Also, the fact that her powers supposedly rely on her "empathy"; saying she has a lack of empathy for others would've worked significantly better... Wasn't the MC using her powers to steal from people constantly before the events of the game? Because I'm pretty sure that comes up at least once.

It was a government sponsored game. I doubt anyone tried... the check was cashed during its conception not its release.

It very well could of been written as parody it had no soul to start with.

I don't think it's a parody because throughout the game there's a lot of mean shit where you can tell whoever wrote it was absolutely fucking seething about white people, or men, or cops or whatever.

I think it's genuinely some soy or woman's revenge fantasy/wish fulfilment and it just seems like parody because it's so poorly written.

Pretty sure Dustborn's shit is supposed to be genuine; I've seen enough woketards and similar genuinely act like the characters in the game are "super relatable and sympathetic", and... let's just say that the characters act a bit too much like some people I know. Besides, parody requires there to be some level of self-awareness, and as stated, Dustborn has absolutely none.

What's even more fucked is that the story does end up showcasing just how retarded the whole "anarchist philosophy" is. The whole "capitalism bad" schtick results in a bunch of hippies that can't sustain themselves having to make a lot of compromises just to live, the "la resistance" crap is plagued with issues and problems related to support, funding, manpower, etc., not to mention a bunch of other shit I can't even remember off the top of my head. And yet, despite all of this, the game and community still tries to insist wokeshit is the better idea, using right-wing strawmen - that still end up looking significantly more sympathetic than the MCs - as targets for whatever the game wants.

The game could've been a parody is there was any self-awareness; problem is, there was none.
