I just hate to assume all junkies are ignorant because I have seen junkies that seem like they have so much potential out and about.

Yet potential never counts towards anything unless it's put to use. But no matter, my time is precious and I'm not here to correct people(who actively use drugs that are known to alter your brain chemistry) on their misconceptions about lowest dregs of humanity and their intelligence.

I've gotten in on this too, but I must admit that it doesn't look like anything of value would be lost by banning him. He is ignoring any real probing questions or criticism, and just using the thread as a soapbox and to obfuscate.

As much as I would like to see this continue for the sake of more shit to laugh at, I can wholly understand where you're coming from. I haven't been here long, but the way you work to keep shit around here concice and on point is a good deal of why I like it here.

He's not even that, though. His legal analysis and political theory are both asinine.

If the standard of his objection to being charged with causing a disturbance was applied and his actions were indeed considered protected, the whole law pertaining to causing a disturbance would have to be considered unconstitutional (this is not even getting in to specifics; if you watch the full video and compare it to his account, it's clear he's living on another planet).

Where his politics are concerned, he rants about "libertarian" this and "anarcho" that, but he is not only in favour of conscription, but further thinks it should be contigent on whether one pays off the state, in effect. That couldn't be less libertarian. He's only "libertarian" insofar as he enjoys autistically screeching at cops and whining about other people having more power and authority than him.

The fact that he thinks that what he writes is intelligent just makes it even dumber.

To you "Libertarian" is leeching off the state and refusing to give back? Having the freedom to steal is "Libertarian" to you? Freedom doesn't mean you can steal people's shit without repercussions. I also am only in favor of conscription if one has a willful agreement to take payment from the government. I specified that it should not be required that one even be a part of the government. People who don't want to pay taxes wouldn't be afforded the amenities of such. And they call me the communist...

Banned this quickly? Kiwifarms clearly has higher standards than GameFAQs in putting up with Dustin, since Dustin was allowed to sperg for years against people who called him out.

Speaking of GameFAQs, they are discussing this thread at the moment on Dustin's favorite board there (mainly due to Dustin stating his desire to run for office). Hopefully since he's banned here he'll go back to GameFAQs before long.
