He's not even that, though. His legal analysis and political theory are both asinine.
If the standard of his objection to being charged with causing a disturbance was applied and his actions were indeed considered protected, the whole law pertaining to causing a disturbance would have to be considered unconstitutional (this is not even getting in to specifics; if you watch the full video and compare it to his account, it's clear he's living on another planet).
Where his politics are concerned, he rants about "libertarian" this and "anarcho" that, but he is not only in favour of conscription, but further thinks it should be contigent on whether one pays off the state, in effect. That couldn't be less libertarian. He's only "libertarian" insofar as he enjoys autistically screeching at cops and whining about other people having more power and authority than him.
The fact that he thinks that what he writes is intelligent just makes it even dumber.
