Honestly, this guy isn't that interesting. You find bigger spergs among sovereign citizens and undiagnosed schizophrenics. Here it is just some guy tangled up in legal issues who conveniently has some form of AS and shows open defiance.

IIRC he was able to legally request the audio from the court.

From the video description "This was my injunction hearing on December 22, 2017 pertinent to the prohibition of bringing my phone into the courthouse. I also realized during this event that they had not given me the final order which had been changed slightly from the prior amended interim order that I had been given, and as a result it was not possible to properly defend myself against as I did not see it until after court. The audio transcript, as well as the text transcript were obtained through the proper channels via the necessary paperwork within the courts. Nothing seen here was obtained in any unlawful manner."

That asshole claims to be a prior member of Fairlight IIRC. He somehow skated when the rest of the group was getting charged. Makes ya wonder if he's a narc too.

He likes to claim that being a warez trader makes him a hacker of some reknown. That shit made me laugh my ass off.

I should but I had that FB user of his blocked and it looks like he deleted the account so now that I unblocked them I don't see anything. When I told him he was going to get charged for recording where he shouldn't sometime he harassed me for awhile saying that I didn't know what I was talking about and then strangely got me a facebook warning (only one ever) because I screenshotted the harassment he put in the PM's and posted it publicly. (Damn automatic systems got tripped off by his sock puppets filing complaints.)

I'm positive that with how FB saves everything that someone could subpoena them for the info if it was really needed.

I don't think he deleted the account. I think his account got deleted by Facebook because lots of people dont like him.

To be honest, I watched TEDs video on Dustin and I must admit that a lot of stuff TED stated did seem to lack evidence, be pulled out of his ass or be a plain assumption. But he is unable to admit that only about 50% of what he stated had evidence.
 
Any updates? He hasn't made a facebook post in about a month which is out of the ordinary. I heard he has been arrested on those Chil Porn charges. Can anyone confirm?
