Everytime someone bumps the threat it gives me hope that he finally got off his ass and released a new video :(
He has made a new video but the Content ID system of Youtube keeps blocking it.

Did this guy get cucked or something? He's been seething at women rage baiting and pick me's on Xitter.
Had the same thought

The way you guys phrased it I thought he had gone on a mad twitting spree, he has like 4 tweets over the span of 3 days.

I like the angle of E;R pretending of never seeing the cartoon while watching the Netflix version. But one thing he misses is why does everyone assumed Aang "vanished" in this version? Wouldn't they be assuming he died like the rest of the airbenders when they all came to the same place when the comet arrived? It's not like there is this cartoon version where whether or not Aang had enough time to train before the comet that help the firebenders wiped out the airbenders had he stayed behind is left ambiguous. That would make more sense.

Obviously, I avoided the Netflix slop like it never existed, but looking at this I'm absolutely baffled about how they complicate stupidly simple things. Why oh why oh fucking why does Aang not his staff from the start? Removing that from the start and just giving it later adds such stupid noise.

And my GOD the exposition. Show don't tell is really a fucking lost art.

Also, where's the whorra video E;R?

Unironically because they're all massively coping. "N-no guys! The Fire Nation didn't kill the Avatar! He just disappeared, he'll show up any moment now!" Only this time the copers ended up being right

I suffered through this when it first came out. As I said in the Atla thread here, there are two eps written by Bryke before they left production. This and one of the Omashu episodes where they introduce the Mother of Faces.
Just wait till E;R gets into the Secret Tunnel parts. Turning Bumi Indian and combining that with the Northern Air Temple arc was a weird choice.

They do only have 8 episodes to work with so it's even more rushed than Shyamalan's movie. The reason the cartoon works so well is it's episodic structure coupled with the over lying story arc style. It's simple and twice now they've failed to adapt it because the pacing of absolutely every important event in Book 1 needs to be added, just gutting your script as you need to have character exposit their motivations because you can't waste time on actually showing them. Why have a 2 minute flashback of Katara remembering Kya when instead you just say it in 5 seconds.
That's how these writers think.
