It’s fun to shitpost e3 with people so I don’t know why people are so negative about it.
E3 hasn't had as many cringe moments the past few years IMO, so it's mostly just negative "why this game sucks, why this conference sucks" shitposting.

Game Awards really took the cake as far as cringe gaming goes, but even that was pretty lame last year.

Xbox: Because it'd be funniest shit ever, Halo Infinite delayed again.

It would be funny. But its not going to happen. Halo Infinite will be out on November 15, 2021. The 20th anniversary of the release of the orginal. Microsoft won't let the 20th anniversary go by without a new release.

The only thing I look forward to at E3 every year is the Devolver Digital show. Nina Fucking Struthers is a god damn national treasure.
The most Reddit conference ever made. A publisher that makes fun of the competition because they're "totally not like the others" while giving 15k to Anita.

Devolver Digital's conferences are insufferable. You'd think with that much bravado on show that their games would be better than mediocre-to-fair.

That said, I actually liked the older conferences where they would go over corporate numbers and financials.

That's my big concern. Devolver has devolved into wokeness. I doubt we'll get another "Mech America Great Again" moment from them, though I'm willing to be proven wrong.

Anybody got leaks? last I heard there was something about a Marvel xcom game with movie voices.

Asking an honest question, does anybody really care about capeshit x Xcom? 100%guarantee you the code of the game will resemble this...

That code from cyberpunk? hilarious shit.

I might be hyped for marvel xcom depending on the roster and plot. If its a repeat of square avengers with shitty villains and heros im not gonna care.

I don't care about anything capeshit anymore considering how shitty the last few games and movies have been.

I think there's still cool shit that could be done with capeshit games. Planet Hulk would be a fun premise, Lobo Space Biker Road Rash/Beat em Up combo, Captain America WW2 FPS, turn based Fantastsic Four RPG, etc.

But we're just going to get the same microtransaction heavy or Batman counter fighter as always so it's just better off not getting anything in the longrun.

The problem is these things fall into the "never ever" category. Disney will ensure that you have every single MCU character shoved down your throat until the day they nuke Marvel from their repertoire of IPs.
