That's Dragon Quest Online (DQ10) with the expansion packs bundled in, inside your link btw
The upcoming Offline version is indeed japanese-only and the HD-2D remake of DQ3 (which is considered a cult classic title in Japan) will probably be as well

This fucking documentary thing, first some erotic fiction writer then some dude that killed over 3 gorillion players in WoW, and with the music and set-up it's like they're trying to make him look like a fucking serial killer.
 
Nintendo hasn't even announced they're doing a direct yet, have they? They usually announce all their new pokemon mobile games and show pokemon gameplay a day or two before but they're being rather quiet.

I'm thinking we won't get anything on the 14th. If they were doing anything we'd hear about it by now but all they can really show is more trailers for things we've known for a good while now. With Smash over all they could really show is metroid prime which still feels a while off, some spinoffs, and maybe a new pikmin game as their usual surprise announcement.
