Better than Golden Sun? Pretty high praise. It's an intimidatingly big series but I'm gonna try it eventually.
Granted that Mother 1 is bad and Mother 3 is overrated, but Earthbound is genuinely great.
I don't think anybody believes Geno is relevant, Nintendo hasn't even bothered to put it on Switch yet.

Did you ever play Grandia 3? It's a bit of a weird game because one of the main cast members is YOUR MOM. And the whole pace of the game and side events are just kind of awkward.
X-Treme I remember being crap. Jade Cocoon 2 was even better than that.

This has to be the jewiest shit I've ever seen Capcom do. Its almost like they WANT people to take a massive dump on them constantly.
Save your money and just use Fightcade at this point.

I'd say it's maybe top 10, for turn-based JRPGs.

The New Challengers SNES (and even Genesis I think) ROM allowed for online connectivity. I wanted to try it out myself but by the time I got it, they had already knocked out the Wii's online servers for it, so I was massively late to THAT party.
