Where is this man when you need him?
Especially when A Way Out and It Takes Two actually had a neat gameplay conciet.

Tribeca is a movie studio that is in the business of making video games.

Meanwhile, I was being smugly talked down by fellow gamers years ago when they claimed that Hollywood would never get in the business of wanting to make video games “realistic” and “cinematic“.

How times have changed.
Only now you say they've tried that? you don't remember the "cinematic platformer" craze of the 90s? they've been doing this type of shit for decades.

if you're talking about FMV games, at least those had some charm to them, as shitty as they were.

I'd rather play shit like The Ripper, Phantasmagoria 2, and Sewer Shark anytime over the shit they're spewing out now.
>mfw when people are paying as much for a PS5 as people did for a Sega CD/3DO and are getting the exact same shitty semi "cinematic" games.
Is it sad the one sony game that legit interested me was Returnal?

At least compared to today, the 90’s at least were trying to be fun, even if it did turned into a downfall.

There‘s no fun being allowed today because this became reality:

fair enough, even though I don't care for that era of DOS jank platformers, at least it was an attempt.
