Depends on the state. Here in (redacted), it's based on your last name. In some other state someone posted about, it was based on the last number of the birth year.

I spent 6 months in Utah, I can count the amount of negroids I saw on one hand. Add to that the large Mormon population that tends to be quite charitable with food bank stuff (a lot of it is higher quality stuff than most food banks at that). If you get to witness a chimp-out in Utah, then the entire country is on fire and under a "catagory 5" chimp-out of untold and unseen proportions.
 
Anyone visited the stores days before EBT shutdown? Was there a flood of blacks doing their last minute gibs?

I've noticed more darkies as the years have gone on. Just more people have moved in. Still, I can't say it's crazy nothing has happened here. There are support nets like food banks, and people are encouraged to be prepared for hard times here.

He seems to post in an effort refute the idea that there is SNAP fraud but in relating his story he provides testimony that there is in fact fraud.

EBT fraud is pretty well understood and ignored.

I can remember guys selling swipes to the cashiers at a corner store near my first apartment for loose Newports and beer. The cashier would just ring him up for milk or something that was allowed. Who is ever going to know? No one is going to come down and make sure a half-gallon of milk was not sold twice.
