I said you were right. It matches the poverty rates. I’m not surprised. I still don’t care for anyone on them. The millions of blacks or the millions of whites or Hispanics or American Indians who fleece us. Walmart and Target do this neat thing now where they just let people steal and record them. They add up the cash value of the stolen items until it's over a thousand so they can press felony charges for the cumulative amount that they stole. It also coincidentally makes thieves feel more secure, so they start grabbing bigger items. Right around the time they start feeling bulletproof, that's when they get rolled up and turned over to the popo.

you will, I work as a meat cutter, so I've worked in some version of retail for about 2 decades, the "tell" is obvious, what does no one do, worker, or customer in a retail enviroment?

make eye contact, you can always tell a thief from this, they don't have to be doing anything shifty yet, but making eye contact with me, an obvious employee who isn't a stocker, is a dead giveaway, and so too with asset protection, it simply is human nature to make eye contact with people you are scoping out as potential theives.

As a former EBT American, I can fully say that the white people on EBT and the like are usually working at a job and getting like $25-150 in EBT. They make up the PER PERSON majority, but not the per capita and most importantly, they aren't the ones making the BENEFIT AMOUNT majority.

See, if you go all the way back to the 80's you see it. It started with Welfare Queens.

This was well enough known that there were satire comics about it. It was typically a fat black woman with like 12 different colored kids, an old man, a chimp, and a midget, saying "I DO SWEAR DAT DESE ALL MUH KEEDS!" and a smiling Jew nodding and handing over a book of foodstamps.

The Welfare Queen bit had it down. Government cheese, peanut butter, butter, and other stuff. Food stamps (they'd rip the book in half and sell it for 10-50 cents on the dollar). HUD for rent. Utilities assistance. Believe it or not, there's charities, before they were taken over by Israel, that used to give welfare queens cars. (Now the cars donated all go Israel, see Kars4Kids and a few other scandals, but I'm getting off topic). Now, the proper Welfare Queen could get their car worked on, new appliances, clothing for the kids.

If she signed up to sit through some classes, she even got nice clothing (job seeking and work clothing) via voucher. Originally, the vouchers were from Goodwill and St Vincent, but that was deemed mean to darkies and made them feel bad so it switched to Wal-Mart and Fred Meyer.

Now, Reagan popularized Welfare Queen and the Left spent DECADES getting rid of it, all while ramping shit up.

At one time even Clinton put limits. Like 5 years for food stamps (even if you'd been on them for 10 years, your 5 years started when the legislation went into effect), 3 years for EBT, 10 years for HUD.

This was determined to make darkies sad, so all the limits were taken away.

At one time, limits were put on. No more generational shit.

They even adjusted it so you could get off. When you got employment, you kept the foodstamps for 90 days then it got lowered over time. It was to make it so that you could adapt from unemployment to bringing in money.

Then there was the 2000's crash. Well, we gotta help people, right?

Then, with the US concentrating on the GWOT, a lot of stuff got rolled back or snuck through.

But the internet had a HUGE unintended effect upon the Welfare Queen/EBT American status.

You see, back in the day you had to know the right people. I never did. I was too much of a prideful asshole. But I *knew* people who knew the right people who made sure that they always got their benefit times reset.

That's another reason EBT Americans have so many children. Each child resets how long they can have TANF (Cash), HUD (Free Rent/Utilities), WIC/SNAP (Free food), and all the other stuff. If they do 4 credits of college they get their benefits restarted. All they have to do is get into college by telling their worker they want in and BAM! They get in.

Now, with the internet, there's whole discussion groups, some on Facebook, about how to scam for the most money, which worker to get , what programs are opening and how to get in on them, what time and day certain benefits will be opening or having a lottery.

They've learned how to scam the whole system and now...

The WHOLE fucking system is broken.

You now have people who have been on Welfare since the 1960's. SIXTY FUCKING YEARS of generational welfare.

And of coure, no man in the house because that fucks with benefits. No man with the kids because that fucks with benefits. The man's purpose is to provide his momma with protection and scare off the other EBT Americans. (That's where you start getting into the hideous amount of incest in the black ommunity)

The whole system needs pulled apart.

no, you simply didn't get caught or you stole such a low amount it would get tossed by any judge, they need it to be a certain dollar amount to even think of pushing for charges, they don't give a fuck about candy bars.

likely you just didn't get profiled and had all your thefts tallied up because you were a kid, if you looked even slightly older they would have, and if you stole anything beyond fuckin hershey bars or stuff at the checkout it would radically change them catching you and doing something.
