I seen a guy who could best be described as your stereotypical KF user loading his coat full of meat at the grocery store so I did him a solid and dropped a jar of salsa to cause a distraction for him to get away. If you're on here homie I'd do it again in a heart beat.

Minimum in California is 32 hours per week, depending on the company's definitions. I've worked for a company that barely considered me full time at 32 hours and I've worked for a company that considered me "part time" at 32 hours.

I think it's 30 hours from Obama's rules unless that has been changed since. So that resulted in a lot of 29 hour weeks for employees. We're winning!

It's that right now a lot of people are having to renew their ACA insurance by Dec 15th and since the government is shut down they're seeing the full amount of their healthcare costs with no subsidies at all and signing to agree to pay that.

So, epic freakout.

Just had a thought.

If corporations have abused EBT by raising prices of equal to the snap budget, wouldn't they just raise the prices of basic necessities to match the lost revenue if EBT is stopped?
Since they have more or less a monopoly on food they would probably raise the price to a crazy degree and blame the end of EBT.

They are greedy enough to do that. Push people to unhealthy and addictive slop by making the price of healthy food unobtainable.
They would prioritize the shareholders over everything else.

If they raise prices too much we might see something beyond a chimp out

This video makes me infuriated. The fact that many Americans work for a living and get shafted in return all while some single mother with 6 children was able to get a fuck ton of junk with EBT. And to top it off, she puts it up on her Tiktok account to earn sympathy points. I know EBT has already ended, but this video lit a brazier fire in my mind and I just had to get it out.

I was looking at her crisper drawer and it was absolutely empty of any fruits or vegetables. Looks like all of this was Wal-Mart grocery delivery too. And those nails, gotta have those. Complaining about dem keedz not eating, but we have money and time to piss away on that.

I have a friend with six siblings but his family is ultra conservative traditional Catholics who don’t believe in divorce, much less birth control. Evidently, the dynamic seems to work if both parents are autistically rigid enough in their beliefs to stay together and financially literate enough to budget extremely thin. I imagine it still requires a household income of at least six figures to not be an outright squalid living situation in 2025.

Alternatively, be a Mennonite homesteader in rural Pennsylvania. Since both lifestyles require significant personal responsibility and self-discipline, they are antithetical to niggers regardless.

I live in a red state and even here, the last time I took my kid to the health department, there were signs everywhere that said "Need food? You may qualify for WIC/SNAP regardless of citizenship status!"

The communities help out a lot themselves in these situations too. Family, friends, church. It is so they don't need to immediately run to the gumbermint for gibs. The family and community is very broken in some places and stays broken because of these policies. Women and men don't marry in the black community because if they do, they lose gibs and have no other community support. Besides, he is probably in prison anyway, which is another government gib.
