In the early 90's Kiss tried to get Edgy, note Paul Stanley wearing a shirt that says Fuck. I do like that one line in the song, "the worm that burrows through your brain"
 
Edgy 90's Kiss is pretty funny because they made an interview/video special where they talked like they were some edgy band of "fuck the man" outcasts from the very beginning. Nowadays Kiss has a certain formula to their shows they stick to, so they don't play any of their 90's stuff.

The fucking edgiest, this is almost certainly the song that got Cannibal Corpse banned from Australia and is the reason they are not (or were not) allowed to perform any song from their first three albums in Germany.

I like KMFDM (at least their 90s output) but this is an exception to the rule. This song just makes me cringe. 2 edgy 4 me I'm afraid.

It honestly reads like some edgy high school diary. It's also how the lyrics are delivered as well, simply reading them doesn't give the full effect.
