About damn time, jfc.
The DS2 dlcs, Ashes of Ariandel, and The Old Hunters all came out around two months after they were announced. I don't remember if AotA was announced alongside the pc version of DS1 or not but iirc AotA actually came to pc first with the PTDE release. I feel like The Ringed City was announced and came out in like the same month but I could be misremembering. If memory serves, they tend to release these things shortly after teasing them. At least, I hope so.
They took a while with it I'd imagine so.Better be at least twenty hours of content. If this is a two hour Ashes of Ariendal thing I'm going to roll my eyes so hard.
I hope we get some busted spells that ruin online play for 6 months.Better be at least twenty hours of content. If this is a two hour Ashes of Ariendal thing I'm going to roll my eyes so hard.
You will get a twink and a waifu and you will like it. (If the Dream thing is happening, I hope we get Prime Radahn and his horse.)They took a while with it I'd imagine so.
I hope there is a cool fat guy armor.
I imagine its gonna be another flat "open world" region at least one legacy dungeon (hopefully 2) and a about 6-8 catacombs.Better be at least twenty hours of content. If this is a two hour Ashes of Ariendal thing I'm going to roll my eyes so hard.
Neither person instantly goes hostile though? It's a fight between them that you happen to stumble into. At least last time I played DS2, when Creighton won the fight with Pate, he was totally chill until I attacked him.Still hoping for a double fight where the bosses focus on each other until one wins for phase 2 like Creighton and Pate
That's why I specified phase 2, because Pate/Creighton don't attack you after the fight's over (trapped chest aside). Even then the feud Pate and Creighton had was more personal vendetta, it had less stakes and they both thought you were on their side going into it- then both of the m laugh at your misfortune when you trigger the trapped chest behind the door they gave you the key to. From what I could tell if either of them were stronger than/not human or injured they probably would try to kill you, like how I'm imagining the bosses would. The scenario I'm thinking of is more 'who rules the realm of death' or something where they either don't acknowledge the tarnished because the bigger fight, in their minds, is right in front of them/in progress, or they literally don't notice you until the other boss is dead, or maybe one/both of them always planned on betraying you.Neither person instantly goes hostile though? In general I don't get the point of DLCs literally years after the base game came out. I already played the game and forgotten the lore. Even if the expansion adds new systems I don't remember how the original game played. At least Dark Souls you can finish in two days after the first time, ER is either jump to my old character when I need to reacclimate to the systems or play two weeks from scratch. After taking so long, I dont even have any hype. Between the wait, the lackluster lore, and the plethora of issues the game has idk if theres anything they could bring thay would bring me back. Feelsbadman.
