Look at you fucking seething over speculation and discussion about a videogame from a developer who never finishes their games lmao it's been, what, a year? Two years? You're so fucking mad.

The only one derailing the thread is you, who shows up (on purpose) to slaughter any ongoing discussion to cope and seethe and shitpost like some faggot straight off /v/. If it bothers you so much why don't you just quit being a sore pussy bitch?
Stop projecting schizo, you pretending a fake leak is still somehow real is delusion, not "speculation".

Sorry your headcanon being mocked for what it is upsets you to your core, even though all you do is complain how shitty and unfinished all these games are because they don't match it. Fromsoft is just such a terrible company, but you still feel the need to post in this thread to let everybody know that. Such a quality contributor to the thread.
everyone talks about a game they like
You say this, as you are quoting a faggot that has not posted anything but
- made-up garbage about the games and deriding them because of it
- schizo fanfiction about their development (some of which he cribbed from a loretranny who's primary source is his HRT rotted mind)
- complaining Fromsoft never finishes their games (big fan of the company btw)
- the writing in these games being bad, not-even thought out slop (still a big fan btw)
- spamming a forced meme shitting on these games (including lying about the DLC to do this, also, still a fan btw)
- has whined that because SotE didn't do x y or z, therefore it's unfinished reddit slop that was changed at the last minute (based on: dreams)
That's off the top of my head. I'm sure I could find him dilating about rolling or enemies having combos or some other shit about the gameplay being bad if I cared enough to look.

Way to pick the faggot who posted nothing but utter contempt for the game(s), the DLC and FS as a whole, to have your circlejerk cope sesh over not getting to "talk about a game you like". Oh the ironing.

Go back to dilating about how the plot in these games you "like" are so badly "esoteric" and "incomprehensible" and you just can't even care about it. Y'know, like fans expressing their appreciation for something do. The people that bring up things like exposition from an NPC or the intro cutscene of a game in response are haturz.

Now that I was learned on the Mother Of Fingers, Goldmask was right all along.
The weird part about Goldmask's mending ruin is that his was "discovered" while Fia and Dungeater gestated their ruins. Was he also deceived into thinking the Fingers are communing with the Greater Will and ended up getting false info from Metyr or did he somehow contact the Greater Will directly and had them send a mending ruin?

I think it was like he was a true fanatic of the Golden Order, and in his meditations he discovered the truth about how the Order was incorrect.
Maybe he didn’t know about the Mother Of Fingers, but he knew that somehow the Order was not whole.

Also;
GRAAAAAH! BAYLE THE DREAD! YOU SHALL HAUNT ME NO LONGER!

Faith seems to be a science to Gold Mask. I think when you find him T-posing in the capitol the rune is floating over his head, it's possible instead of growing it in his bunghole like a normal person he literally conjured it in his mind and then it exploded out of him.

Fromsoft loves motifs and there's a visual rhyme of the radiant goldmask and the actual mending rune both being golden circles that encompass the mind.

The mending rune does kinda look like the microcosm the Greater Will is allegedly beyond as said by the Staff of the Great Beyond. Huh. Maybe the great flaw really was a breakdown in communication instead of the god's free will.

Nailed it.
I think he is so deep in his studies he's at like the quantum physics level of the Order, and realizes there's parts of the equation missing.
In my view, the Mother of Fingers, abandoned by the Greater Will, has been broadcasting this flawed message to her Fingers. Goldmask eventually learns that Radagon and Marika are one and the same, and in doing so sees the flaws in the Order and how to fix them.
Why I think this is so cool is that Goldmask understands the concept of Order better than the very gods it serves.
Either that, or this nigga was such a real G he, though sheer force of will, contacted the Greater Will, something not even the Mother of Fingers could do.

Has anyone here actually been hit by Midras Spin move? i don't know if its just insanely easy to low profile or just doesn't have a hitbox but its pretty funny that it and radahns left-right cross exist in the same game

Elden Ring is DS3 II
Then does that make Graceborne the Blooborne of DS3 in II?

But more seriously I'm surprised Graceborne hasn't been brought up here yet. Anyways, Graceborne is a total overhaul mod meant to make Elden Ring more like Bloodborne, adding in 22 new armor sets, 35 weapons, 17 trick weapons, 5 firearms, gun parrying, removal of equip load, quick step, and making the game permanently take place during the night.
It's a rather impressive effort, but I can't help but feel that some of it is wasted or just detrimental to the game as a whole like the reskinning of bosses, as you can see the boss visual overhauls all look horribly similar with their black armor, diseased undead look, plethora of exposed ribcages, and entirely obscured faces.
Did they all become Artorias cosplayers or something? Although I do like Malenia's pilgrim butterfly wings, even if I hate everything else about her redesign. These designs don't even seem that Bloodborne to me, with the exception of the Elden Beast since it just looks like a shitty-er moon presence.

Also here's a like to the mod if someone wants to check it out.
Here's a video showing all of the new weapons, and another thing of worrying note is that all of the new gear can be bought in Elleh, which seems like it goes against the game's design if you don't have to explore in order to find the new weapons.

Despite the visual design turning me away completly, I'll probably get around to playing it all the way through eventually.

Redditborne. Waiting for Cinders Elden Ring tbh. Anyways harass the mod creator into updating their shitty mod to work with the dlc and maybe I'll check it out.
Fromsoftware modding is a pretty depressing scene honestly all troons fags or just ebeggars that lack passion.

I want GRRM to make an Elden Ring book. This setting is way too fun for a single game and a half baked DLC.
Yeah it would have to be with new characters in the setting tho, or unexplored characters. I get the feeling if GRRM actually wanted to write Elden Ring's characters he would have a lot of hurdles.

I think what would be a cool story for GRRM to write is someone on the fringes of major events, like someone in Radahn's army as Caelid got covered in rot or a person stuck in the capitol as the shattering started. But if he were to actually write characters from the game doing stuff it would attach lore and a plot to the game that might not work.

Tell you what I'd like to see, I'd like to see young Gideon. Gideon and Selluvis used to be partners until Selluvis literally made a sex doll out of one of their mutual friends. That's something I'd love to see expanded upon. How does Gideon Ofnir view the world, what made him willing to do the things he did during the events of the game?

Most of the guy's work are shorter stories since he has no sense of scale and likes to procrastinate with worldbuilding, but i agree. A short story covering some nobody's during one of the conflicts sounds pretty cool, although he'd probably have to collaborate with From since they've obviously changed some things.

Archthrones looks alright.
I really don't want From to do any more sequels.
I'd be cool with a sequel or a prequel, the setting is wider than Dark Souls, you can cover material that is related to the first game without endlessly retreading it like DS3.

I'd personally enjoy a prequel of some kind, maybe set somewhat before and after the events of The Shattering. The Shattering could be the third act turning point where everything gets fucked up and lead to your final confrontation with Marika/whoever the final boss could be.

Have one ending that clearly leads into the events of ER1 then several that are ambiguous or straight fuck the timeline just for fun.

I don't think he'd really be able to capture things appropriately. He will have people shitting and pissing and fucking each other. I don't really want to read the line "Radahn strained his muscles like a fat man trying to shit." In relation to ER.
