I just played Harold Budd's The White Arcade on my new CD player (6 years new in fact) for the first time and I never realized the track "The Real Dream Of Sails" is so bass-heavy.

The old CDs of Art of Noise are surprisingly hard to track down. I just got The Seduction of Claude Debussy.

"Metaforce"

It is not a particularly satisfying or innovative project. I feel the electro beats are often used to pad out the insubstantial music rather than being a part of the soundscape. In this sense and it reminds me of the album Damage by Roger Eno and Lol Hammond, released in the same year as The Seduction of Claude Debussy.

neither the drag queen faggots or the 40 seconds of FREE PALESTINE chanting instigated by the host near the end can make me hate this set. that's how fucking great it is

all i need from apashe is collabs with worakls (the fact this still didn't happen and it would work perfectly) and ascendant vierge. one day... but for now, happy with the remixes.
now release the full orchestral version of the antagonist album, since he did hint to that.

My favorites from the most recent batches of Klasey Jones releases:
Altare released a VIP of one of my favorite tracks of his this week too:
Heard this song again this week for the first time since it came out:

Feb 4 is the birthday of Kitaro. I just got his Sacred Journey Of Ku-Kai Vol. 3 and my first impression was not bad, the more improvisatory, amorphous style is better than the saccharine dreck he did in the late 90s and 00s.
