I know it's just "Perpetuum Mobile" by Penguin Cafe Orchestra with a EDM kick and bass on it. But it's just so good!

Gabber can be pretty nice but it's one of those genres that only troons, furfags and weebs are keeping alive. Along with trance, a genre I would like to get really into but for some reason I have a lot of trouble finding new artists and labels solely focused on these genres that don't promote their degeneracy. I use bandcamp as my main search engine but it looks like I need to try with discogs instead.

(Extremely stupid old trance song but I'm a sucker for this kind of cheese)

Yup, much like "breakcore". Although there was always some level of tranime antics there... I always preferred the more digital hardcore/industrial-tinged vibes like Alec Empire or early Venetian Snares. Gabber-wise, I think the '90s shit is easily where it's at.

The Ghost of Kyiv shitting on Aerosmith and rockist boomer faggots

Its fucking insane that we're getting new Skream & Benga in 2025.
Made me want to relisten to some of the older stuff.
Sublab x vowl. is a pretty out of left field/cool collab.
I've also been revisiting a lot of my old favorite tracks growing up

Speaking of old British dubstep, I saw Rusko the other week and he played a bunch of the classics.
