Well, yes, he is but this isn't the reason why he's showing it here. The reason why is that voters don't decide in the way he's claiming. The Trump anti-trans ad wasn't effective because people cared about trans issues but because it raised doubts across the board about Kamala's claims. And just as importantly it was one of many instances where the Trump campaign threw out an obvious trap and she walked into it rather than disclaim the position. The trans thing probably didn't hurt her as much as saying she wouldn't do anything different than Biden but it helped establish a pattern where eventually enough voters had reasons to doubt her trustworthiness.

She made the age old political error: she let the opponent define her. The Trump campaign accurately bet that people would trust a known quantity that they may not love over an unknown.

Even if Eli understood this he can't say it because it'd be admitting that his position isn't popular and they all have to keep claiming this even as they keep claiming they're being genocided.

"A Buffalo Grove woman accused of spraying graffiti to the front of a new Buffalo Grove Tesla center has been ordered by a Cook County judge to stay away from all Tesla properties while out on pre-trial release.

Erin L. White, 26, of Buffalo Grove, is charged with a Class 4 felony count of criminal damage to property and a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass. Buffalo Grove police said they were called to a report of vandalism at the Tesla Sales, Service, and Delivery Center in the 900 block of Dundee Road.

According to a video found online, white spray paint covered the front of the building with the words “Trans rights are human rights,” and a curse word for Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

White was not detained in jail following her Wednesday court appearance. However, the judge warned her to stay away from all Tesla properties."
