Reading this lead me to search for the difference between a cancer mastectomy versus a troon one. The difference of the cancer mastectomy (a true life saving medical necessity) is striking, not just for the minimal scaring or the lack of nipple, but for the visible effect on these women's mental health. Grappling with the profound lose of what is a definitive attribute of true and honest womanhood, many survivors choose to get tattoos which often cover up their slight scars.

This is in stark contrast to ftm troons who, despite some trooning out do to mental illness brought on by severe sexual/physical/emotional trauma, mostly do it for attention. I'm still a little upset about her sinking the UA ship. For silly capeshit, it was entertaining silly capeshit. They had three options: 1. recast Vanya and say that this is "respecting Elliot's identity" 2. somehow write Vanya out of the show or 3. tell the actress to get over it, do her fucking job and act but they picked the worst option that wasn't even on here.

Yeah, I think she's pretty fucking miserable now that she's a pooner but I also think in her last few roles, makeup has been doing some heavy lifting in making her attractive. She's always been scrawny and the lack of body fat gave her more wrinkles than most women her age. Now that she's not using concealer and eye makeup, she's aged a good 15 years.
