What I find sad about this is that he never really questioned himself on why he felt the way he felt. I agree with the complaint of laziness from roommates. My younger brother's father is an absolute slob and I hate having to clean up after him since he makes excuses. He needed help but he couldn't get it other than getting angry at not getting play.

You have to have a lack of empathy in practically every situation, which is different. If you're full of rage, and you hit someone, are you empathetic just before you hit them? Adrenaline shuts off empathy. Anger does. And I'm sure self-absorption does. I haven't read his manifesto, but did he never show any degree of concern for or understanding of anyone else, ever? Maybe then he's a psychopath, or has some symptoms.
