Twitter was a fucking abysmal and unprofitable platform under Dorsey’s tenure. Even if Elon gave Twitter the golden goose SpaceX type of treatment, that entire company was (and still is) toxic to the fucking core.
Advertisement revenue, in aggregate, is trending downward, you fucking retard. Silicon Valley is also like two recessions behind the curve in terms of bloat to cut back on.

I'm saying the opposite. I am saying he is trying to be an autistic messiah "my pronouns are prosecute Fauci" and Musk is doing everything he can to help right wingers such as unbanning Kanye or Nick Fuentes or Donald Trump. His fate is becoming a right wing extremists enabler and losing most advertisers. In this case, he should have saved the billions he spent on buying Twitter and invested in Gab.

Yeah, there are a few "we will pull our advertising because we don't like you" incidents (Kellogg's and Breitbart come to mind) but advertising is heavily based on the economic factors. And these don't even have to be recession related. Houston Press (alt-weekly) died after Hurricane Harvey because all their advertisers cut back as they put their face back together when flooding swamped the city, resulting in everyone losing their job while parties were thrown in the streets when the Astros finally won the World Series.
