I don't know if he has "depressive episodes" like you describe. I heard he just has depression, which is different to manic depressive phases (bipolar disorder). Ketamine is prescribed for depression.

I don't know why he'd need to "reward" his mail-order ketamine suppliers or even have mail-order shit with his level of wealth. That's a bit of a ludicrous assertion since he probably has multiple personal doctors who just prescribe him/mix up whatever he wants at this stage.
