If the CFPB wanted to be protected it should have done its fucking job.

CFPB is there to protect you from billionaires like Elon. I know that Fox News and consuming Russian bot farm slop on social media has brainwashed you to the point where you feel that billionaires should be able to do anything they want, including rip you off, and you should feel honored about them doing so, but that's not how it really works.

I used the CFPB last year to reverse some overdraft fees and keep a bank from freezing a small amount of funds frozen stupidly by another bank. This is not trumpian, this is a pure chamber of commerce republican play to end the only agency that actually does a good job regulating banks.
