It is common use in Australia and refers to dirty tricks and sabotage in general. If you do it you're a ratfuck, engaging in it we refer to as ratfuckery. It did enter our vocabulary through the original political context, but given we're Australian and with our love of swearing it quickly got adopted for that type of behavior in general. Few other examples of Aussie swearing in the workplace:It's funny that you use the word "ratfuckery," because it sounds similar to a word for dirty tricks and sabotage in politics.
1. Dogfucking- Doing nothing, pretending to work or doing meaningless easy jobs that dont actually help. Someone doing that is a dogfucker.
2. Where not here to fuck spiders- We're here to get something done, stop talking and work.
3. Fuck trophies-Children, particularly children of parents who love to show them off and chad children purely for the sake of bragging about having kids. Elon's children are fuck trophies, even though he sprogged into a test tube.
