I'm half and half on the forced account creation shit. It's fucking annoying and all of that but without it, it just means OpenAI/ChatGPT and the other companies like it have free roam to vacuum up the entire internet for their language models.
It is somewhat surprising to me sometimes in business settings to see people don't even understand the forced twitter account thing exists in the first place - it is extremely poorly done and badly communicated.

Anyway, it is just another reason to not use Twitter in the first place and gives other platforms more value in the long run.
