Whatever strategy the ACLU is using isn’t a winning one; currently. Repeating the same failed arguments in multiple filings — not very convincing.

Literally every single problem trans people have is them being drama queens/kings. Things that wouldn't bother a normal person are life ruining mental anguish to them.
