Considering they both look like they have some sort of chromosomal issue, they're doing infinitely better at being real people than the gunt, the runt and the catboy king.

I give credit to Simon and his wife, they at least walked the walk instead of being all talk. I hadn't heard of Simon prior to that KC episode, but I get a good vibe from him, like he's an honest person with genuine convictions, and he's not trying to get famous. He's got a wife and a family, which I respect a lot. TBH that's the direction AF shoulda gone in—promote families, community, God, etc., make all that sound appealing to Zoomers. It's too bad Nick decided to take it in the direction of being a nihilistic gay fraternity.

I'm cautious on Simon. I get the impression that he seems to be some sort of "yes man" underling. The fact he already did this with Richard Spencer raises my eyebrows. The weird waifu pics with his wife dressed up as an anime catboi raises more. They way he speaks on KC gave me the impression he has significant skills and focus that he could be running campaigns and working up through the ranks politically, yet he keeps attaching to different crackpots and never rising his own status. Theres some type of anchor attached to him keeping him from success and the spotlight. I truly wonder what that is...

It's not about being articulate. He clearly has knowledge, skills and presents as well networked. Conversely, half of, if not more than half of, campaigning is literally being able to be articulate and convincing. His demeanor and presentation alone are enough for him to be in a lot different place than where he is.

While Simon and Jaden both put on a good show for the Casino, it must be stressed only now are they coming out against Nipples after his significant fall from grace. Jaden was free to jump all throughout 2021, and chose to let his future prospects wane while streaming in the basement of Catboy Compound. Simon on the other hand is irresponsible - when you have a wife and two young children (especially with medical needs), they take greater priority over whatever gay dissident LARP you have going on. Not to mention him grooming rescuing his barely-legal wife from her "virulent atheist" father (who totally wasn't trying to keep her from ruining her life). Jumping between wignat daddy figures making less than a McDonald's fry cook is no way to go through life.

This exactly. What he presents and is capable of are very different as to who he seems to be in his personal life. He casts a very different shadow than the body he walks in. This always causes me to question.

Well, the major caveat for all these people: I know none of them IRL. All of them could have some dark secret we're not privy to. I co-sign none of them for that reason alone. But just going off what I see, doesn't seem like a bad guy to me. I guess we'll just have to see what the future holds.

To be fair, I certainly have no proof this guy isn't anything other than what he presents himself to be and I have no solid reason to think he's anything but a decent guy. There are simply pieces that don't entirely add up which causes me to listen to my gut.
