"I do not concern myself with the opinion of sheep." That's such a fucking smug thing to say. The last one though, I'm surprised even the redditors got annoyed with such a retarded quote.
 
I'm mildly curious as if any of them even comprehend most of the scientific arguments that are often used to debunk some popular Christian myths like Creation and the Flood, which are already things that most Christians don't actually think seriously happened and reshaped the world. There is no proof that disproves God, only proof that shows that, to some extent, you can feasibly create the world without the intervention of a deity (and even then science only goes so far, because the absolute beginning of the universe, which includes the creation of the matter and existence itself to even start the beginning of the universe to begin with, is still unknown to scientists). The core concept of God hasn't been "disproven," only that to some extent it is not "required."

They believe the absolute far side of the page. What they believe is that all Christians believe every story in the bible. There are Christians who do believe that batshit crazy stuff, but a lot don't. So what we get are euphoric atheists who believe that they are always correct and that Christians are sheeple.

Also I'm not sure if this was posted, but it's pretty accurate.
 
One really annoying thing about these guys is how they act as if atheists are a persecuted group. It's one thing to pretend you're "evolved" and "enlightened" just because you don't happen to believe in a deity, but it's another thing to act like a martyr when all you do is post trite opinions and take unflattering pictures of your gut and neckbeard (fedora is a bonus). Hate to invoke Godwin's Law, but you know who really went through shit because of what they believed in? The Jews, six million of them in fact. Why? Because they happened to be religious. With the martyr complex that a lot of these guys exhibit, you'd think that atheists are being carted off to death camps or shot in the streets.

While there are the likes of Christians and such that judge atheist unfairly for not being on their or agreeing with their religious beliefs, these euphoric atheist don't make it better in any way, especially with their smug sense of thinking "I'm right because of x".

When did this whole euphoric atheism thing really take off anyway? Not the meme, but people (typically neckbeards) aparently coming across as jerks boasting on the internet about how they're atheists and "superior" to "sheep?"

I'm also guessing before and outside the internet, the average euphoric neckbeards pretty much keep to themselves about their claimed superiority because they can't exactly claim they're superior to "sheep" IRL without probable repercussions.
