Bill Maher? Yeah, he really knows his science! (You have no idea how much I loathe those people. Stupidity knows no creed or belief system)

Antivax is the most poisonous stupidity imaginable. And it's basically unforgivable.

I do think that not every flu vaccine that comes out is a necessity and some are wastes of time, but that's entirely different. There are also times when there's shortages of it and people who aren't elderly and don't have compromised immune systems should skip them or at least wait until more needy populations get them.

It's pretty easy, though, to separate out the specific issue of how best to distribute particular vaccines and separate that from just being a full bore antivax loon.

Seriously, this fucking idiot hasn't figured out anything in five years? He apparently just learned to shut the fuck up because he got bad press for stating his stupid, ignorant opinion and got too stoned to remember that one night and let his freak flag fly in the most moronic way possible.

Some of those are hit and miss. The one on Brett Keane was probably the best one I saw but if the feminism and Islam shit is all he does besides that then I'd have to agree.
Agreed. I actually really like his video on the Vigilant Christian.
Warning: Penises ahoy
Most of his videos are on Islam and Feminism, however.

After the Easter suicide bombing targeting Christians in Pakistan yesterday, Redditors were quick to respond with stunning empathy and insight. Including this guy.

Just saying, it seems kind of insensitive to go full-on Fedora Avenger when the victims were specifically targeting for their religious beliefs. Also, I love how he keeps insisting he's not salty but then proceeds to say the saltiest things imaginable.

And on Easter Sunday, their fedora brims rose again.

@Cosmos

Looks like they're addressing the horrifying terrorist attack in Pakistan with as much maturity and empathy as I've come to expect from them.

*sigh*

As an example of people finding fulfillment and meaning in fiction, the euphoric guy immediately uses MLP.
You gotta love projection; it's the best way to see how broken a person is in the brain when they begin spilling their own spaghetti on the actions of others.

I love how he calls the saints "fictional characters" when almost all were actual people, and some were actually alive within living memory

I think I mentioned Swedenborg (1688-1772) earlier in this thread. Contrary to the euphoric claim of "lol religious people are dumb," Swedenborg had an IQ of about 200, and I believe he compared atheism in society to necrosis.

And unlike the stereotypical euphoric neckbeard of today, Swedenborg was well liked by pretty much everyone around him.

There's probably the euphoric neckbeard equivalent of Sweet out there. Possibly a grand number of them.
Although I completely agree that Swedenborg was amazing. He even founded his own church. But claiming anything about the IQ of someone pre 1960s is not a valid comparison due to both the lack of reliable tests and the Flynn effect
