Literally just demons. I think of the old Area 51 whistleblower on Art Bell who says aliens aren't what they claim to be; I also think of Aliester Crowley's sketches of demons, and they look like your typical depiction of a space alien.
In this vein of thinking, does anyone feel a lot of these atheist types gravitate to some form of spirituality later on? Like someone is an atheist in high school, then gets involved in some weird esoteric / Wicca kind of stuff as an adult? I spotted someone I went to school with in public today who was an atheist / LaVeyan Satanist, and she had a pentagram shirt on; I'm also aware she has gone to witchcraft sort of events within this past year after doing some digging on old schoolmates another time. Has anybody else noticed this sort of thing?
yes, everyone worshipping something, ""atheists"" who actively believe in nothing like believing there's no bear in the woods, objectively known phenomena, people just word it depending on ways that benefit them, usually
not smart enough to accurately repeat everything, but for one thing, humanity's always been tribal, and smart enough to have questions we won't get direct answers for, so it's always started like "thomas. thomas. im kind of breaking down thomas. how the FUCK does the corn grow? what the FUCK is that light in the sky?" inevitably leading to the only answer, especially earlier you go, "well, (entity) of course", which spreads like wildfire. more normie people eat it up, and people that are edgy or have doubts or at least know *exactly* how (entity) does it will, USUALLY, keep their heads down and shut the fuck up, or fully drink the koolaid because if they don't, well, that's sounding pretty crazy, leading to isolation, or worse, blasphemous, which leads to making an example.
even to modern day, tribalism's a big thing. if you have 99% of the community islam, even without being more aggressive about it like they are, people will lean islam. if you have mainly people, like they say, smart enough to be atheist but too retarded to answer any question, or to realize it's as stupid to believe there's definitely not a bear as they believe it's stupid to think there definitely is one, then you'll have the same process. majority will lean to atheism, but then you'll still have edge cases for rebellion or free thinkers. however, even amongst atheists, they cannot fight human nature, and will find something. it may be called something at first like "reason to live" or morals, but it's like modern day politics. tons of young kids/teens/adults are some flavor of atheist, and assume to follow no religion, but just replace religion with a group of people following legendary, dramatized, figures and right and wrong think and heretics and rules that must not be broken and those who do punished severely, and with nothing else complicated, or involving psychology, they made their own religion. or, they just pick something different than they grew up with, and since they picked it they feel smarter and more knowledgable than their peers, so they stick with it regardless of how much more retarded it is than their original beliefs.
it's honestly surprising how many people stick to atheism though for so long, agnosticism is one thing, but take science as a whole. science is pozzed as fuck and constantly changing, not only that, but it's not objective. it's clearly corruptible as shown by the infinite damage of troons and objectively fucked up people taken very seriously like alfred kinsey, who after being proven objectively fucked up, and WRONG, are still followed and are still built into gender studies etc. or take black holes, which is one of the most fucked things ive experienced in my life that feels like i hallucinated it and currently am, like a fucking psyop. you had scientists say they must exist, then widely believed to be science fiction for like decades, then "oh. yeah. theyre real i guess. here's a 4k image of one or whatever. oh there's also a supermassive one we're all kind of rotating around and will eventually be ate by. also, there was a distinct theory that 2 meeting could rip apart the universe with twin infinite suctions, but they did and nothing happened besides they became 1 bigger one. oh, and maybe if you get within a certain distance you will just disappear like a irl glitch, and very possibly be very slowly ripped apart for thousands of years or more with time dilation, possibly living, like a inescapable, no hope of saving or mercy, hell. so anyway, back to important shit like faggots and pronouns."
my opinion, even as someone wanting to be faithful but unable to be for mental reasons, and having to claw for belief, is that the concept and existence of a black hole, alone, is enough to see the, if you will, hp lovecraft-esque horrors beyond our imagining "curtain", and it's likely near impossible to move or approach, but if we did, we simply would not handle it. certain shit in our universe will be beyond our understanding, and above all death will. you could even have something of multiple belief systems having pieces of the puzzle but never being able to know, by design. like say you have reincarnation, whether buddhism's belief akin to animation panels imprinting on the next and the next following what the past ones led to, like a animated movie, and it's just a continuous cycle of returning to a state of 0 and then 1, with "echoes" affecting future actions. or maybe reincarnation could be part of God's plan, and having people find their own salvation through repeat plays until they get it right, with life itself being some form of a purgatory or hell. who fuckin knows, who knew the sun was a giant ball of fire we're spinning around. who knows the extent of what shit we will forever be ants unknowing.
