He doesn't because he never really made Yansim for the fanbase he has now. Like he says in his e-mail video: "Why are u playing this game, where are your parents" etc. Alex just wanted to make a game for his peers who have the same fetishes as him. Heck I don't even think he started to make this game for the purpose of making a "game" he just wants to be praised as the lord who made a "cool" stealth/hentai simulator surrounded by busty teenage characters, so 4chan or whatever chan would stop being "mean" to him.
But woops, the glitches and bugs made it look like goat simulator so people played it like a meme game.
And you know who loves memes: kids.
He doesn't want to change for his audience and that's one of his main problems. They can say "uh it's his game blahblah" all they want. Then he shouldn't have uploaded his crappy builds to the public before having an actual demo.

Edit: Also, a ton of people started this fan shipping of Ayano and Budo the martial arts club leader. They made up this love triangle situation where Budo is a better suitor for Ayano because well, he seems to have more personality and room for character development. Teens love that kind of stuff. Maybe ending up with Budo could be another ending of the game instead of raping Senpai, wtf...

Holy shit, it's so true. He even said that he likes Persona 3/4. Those games have a lot of stuff like that and they're pretty popular and appealing to teenagers.
