Complaining about people taking a very long time to make new hair models for 1980s mode.
Allegedly, he also had a disagreement with a user about it and deleted a couple messages. According to the screenshotter, the user said they completely agreed with Alex, but it's weird to complain about free labor.
He's also asking for volunteers artists to draw various posters for an alleyway.
He decided to finish touching up the game some more before pitching it on Kickstarter.
I don't know, Alex seems pretty annoyed with how people are reporting bugs.

As for a bug, he put up a poll as to whether or not it should be fixed.

Calling people "Pookie Bear" or other variations of it has become one of those lame ass zoomer memes. Making a rule specifically banning it is kinda cringe though, like who really gives that much of a fuck.

Wish fulfillment? Honestly, I don't really get it either as I assume Alex's rather documented history of being a creep would give most second thoughts so I can only assume that the thought of stabbing, maiming and killing stand-ins for prior classmates is somehow overwhelmingly appealing.
...either that or they're all just children salivating over the edginess. I'm assuming the compilation video you mention has actual women instead of children LARPing as women, which may be an overwhelmingly generous assumption.

If you are serious about getting more popular commentators to take notice of this video and get the word out about the allegations within, have you considered seeing if Null would be interested in covering it on Mad at the Internet? You could try posting something in the thread. You might want to summarize the video in your post in case he doesn't have the time to sit through a whole hour-and-a-half long video, but he's talked about Alex a couple of times in the past and might consider talking about him again if the material is compelling enough.
