So this thread is really awkward now. If Anne is to believed about her birth date, she was never 16 and while Alex is still a creep, he was speaking to an 18 year old. And if she's lying about her birthdate, that GDrive link from earlier uploaded by her was all CP. I checked the timestamps of the files in the GDrive link. The earliest modified date was May 6th 2023, 20:26 and the last modified date was September 1st 2023, 11:39. So if her DOB is actually February 1st 2005 and she is 18, that also means the suspicious abandoned Discord server was made when she was 18 as well.

Tl;dr, Alex is still a creep, but the allegation is wrong then and she wasn't 16 at the time she spoke with him. Extra tl;dr, this is the most fucking stupid and gayest of ops and this mentally ill zoomer started LARPing as jailbait as soon as she turned 18.
But look on the bright side, all the VAs dipped and the damage has already been done. Speaking to zoomers on the Internet as a 30+ year old man, not even once. :stress:

So basically the status is still:
Alex Mahan would hit on underage girls, which everyone already knew.
He didn't actually commit any sort of crime, which I don't think he did either way.
Everyone who tries to get directly involved with YanSim/Dev is mentally unwell, which everyone also already knew.

So nothing has changed, except losing a few volunteers which will sadly change the ultimate release date of his game from |never| to |never|. A real loss.

But that said YanDev doesn't exactly have much of a name to salvage. It's kind of like how you can't be sued for slander if it's against someone with a negative enough public reputation.

It was way more fun to talk about the game but there isn't anything to add to the updates anymore to even feign like he is making progress, there is not even typos to fix anymore.

His only choice will be to work on the game a little or hang himself.

This obviously didn't go well and she ended up apologizing more and then never talked about it again, probably knowing it made her look like shit

Point is, she stayed in contact with an outted & admitted pedo and is probably only taking this stance this time since last time it hurt her public image.

Okay next item of discussion is I think she could potentially be older than 18 and is definitely not 16.
