something that completely baffles me about YanDev is his complete and utter lack of a design document of any sort. like, not even a shitty, two page bulletin sheet from the beginning of develop that outlines the game concept seems to exist. Hell, from the sound of things there's not even a setting/story bible or anything, which makes me think he's quite literally making shit up as he goes along.
It's probs Asuka from Evangelion that's the main influence, if only by Asuka being the basis from where all modern tsunderes strung from.Osana is based off Severa from Fire Emblem? I dunno. Doesn't ring any other bells but it's all I got.

because the Patreon diehards seem to support him no matter what, but surely after a month+ of Eva trying to revive his shitty stream persona and no progress being made on the game, even they will start to lose interest.

Alex has been streaming everyday like he said he would. He probably has nothing ready for us to laugh at. Who wants to bet his next video will be about how "95% of my fans are chill so i feel i'm going to play games everyday!" and "Zelda BotW is out and i really need to play it so i need two weeks of time off. See you guys next month!"

He is playing with fire tho. If he keeps streaming games and doesn't quit Patreon then his favourite lie ("I work 12 hours a day!") will die and fans will eventually reach a limit. Also, after his Fun Girl and Hot Knife updates were especially made for youtubers but i didn't see any big ytbers playing the game, and even those that play a lot (kubzscout/azzman) haven't made a video in weeks, people are starting to get tired of easter eggs too.
