Even after all this time I'm still so surprised by how hardcore the fans on Youtube seem to be with their love for Eva. I just don't understand how that has come about. I mean with typical Youtuber idol worship it's because the Youtuber is either super loud and randummm (XD) when playing games or because they are attractive and pose in front of the camera doing vlogs. Eva doesn't have any of those things and just narrates things in his monotone voice. Is it simply because the fans are so young and idolise people easily? Maybe a hint of feeling bad for him because of how he plays the hardworking victim?

The game is now exponentially more likely to be finished, but I still imagine it's going to run in to more than a couple of roadblocks. I feel incredibly bad for everyone who's going to be working with Eva and I wouldn't be so certain that it's going to sell a shitload of early access builds.
I'm not entirely sure what constitutes an Adults Only rating over M for Mature, but I imagine a couple of Eva's favoured mechanics might be on the chopping block. I think Tinybuild's going to regret giving him full creative control outside of Adults Only content and no deadlines though. Every time he comes up with a "great" new mechanic like fighting Yakuza he can just demand they start making things for it.

Do you know whats the worst? I was there at ground zero on /v/, when he first posted the concept for the game and everyone said "thats interesting, how about you [idea]?"
