Eh I'm guilty of that behavior myself. Someone tried talking about how Yandev was a success story for indie games and I immediately take the bait (unintended) and list KF and some other sources for how not to trust the guy.

Is it really so wrong though, when the opportunity arises? Someone who otherwise is unfamiliar with the controversy behind him shows up in your court and you feel like telling them, "woah, hold up"?

If the opportunity arises then yeah that's alright to point them in the right direction, my post was more directed at people who stalk Yandev fan sites or the subreddit and seek out chances to link to the thread like its the fucking gospel of all things anti-Alex. If it literally falls into your lap and you think it might do some good then whatever feel free, just dont go hunting reasons to slap down naive kids so you can feel superior for 'knowing the truth' or some such wank.

Wow, that comparison. Y'know in addition to all the other stuff people have mentioned (no exercise, only eating tendies, jerking off constantly) I really do believe that a shitty and/or hateful attitude negatively affects a person's face as time goes on. Alex looks as bitter and hateful as he comes off as online.

I look forward to his future whiny >tfw no gf rants because a decade ago he might've actually had a chance with the opposite sex if he put some work into his personality and looks. Not a great chance, but a chance nonetheless. But with the way he looks now? With his absolute lack of mental maturity and nonexistent interpersonal skills?
