Ya'know its common for game dev's to put certain assets off screen or into the void so the game doesn't have to load new assets just for some thing it's required for.
But what's the point of doing that? If the test is successful you can simply remove it and if you're not supposed to see it is simply by not adding it to the game files,
Also it's pretty much wasting MB for download since it takes like 10 minutes due to unneeded objects, that's why the game FPS is shit.

Yes it is, but I can't figure where does Alex use some of that stuff, and some are just generic students which -being generic- I suppose are already loaded in the game. And weren't some of them things Alex allegedly deleted?

So guys, can I get a list of the overall problems with the game that we can send to Alex?

Alex probably isn't going to answer stuff like "Osana is taking too long" or "The game is taking too long". The list should only have questions that he can answer (but probably can't answer WELL).

Here's the list I have so far.

1. The code is terrible. How are you going to fix it?
2. If you're planning on fixing the code, why are you adding more features using the BROKEN code?

If you want an answer from him, perhaps wording it a bit differently might help. He might chimp out from seeing number one off the bat, lol.

I would rephrase 1 and 2 into talking about the game’s fps drops and how he’s planning on fixing it while modifying old features to fit the code fix rather than just saying his coding is outright bad. If you seriously want Alex to humor you with a response then don’t frame in a way that’ll make him think you emailed him just to get a rise out of him. Avoid condescending and provocative terms as much as possible, and instead try to sound genuinely worried for the game’s future. Connotation is everything here so choose your words carefully.
Or you could just not touch the po.op to begin with and keep laughing at him as he continues to be a lost cause.

Like all types of panties and uniforms at once. Because Ayano carries 12 extra pairs of panties and 3 extra sets of uniform to school and constantly changes between them on a spot, so all the meshes and textures must be available immediately.

actually only if you have the model but dont load it, its just take space in the file size of the game
if you load it in the game of course it takes more time to load the game and it takes memory, but not fps, because culling takes place which means the model isnt rendered because the camera doesnt see it
what takes fps its how many models are in the view of your camera and the process of calculating physics, AI actions, AI movement path
that's why it's important the programing part
Edit : well there is more to the fps drop but im not gonna take space explaining, but those model there dont affect the fps and maybe take a little space

Main problem, beside the godawful frame rate, are "placeholder" assets. The models used for characters should be changed ages ago, and additional work put into hair and clothes that likely can't be used with different model is just wasted.

Adding onto those;

1. The inability to keep to a schedule - what are you doing that makes builds come out days late at a time? How do you expect to be a professional if you can't keep a schedule?
2. Why are you adding features that aren't core game mechanics? That's adding to bloat, and it's only getting worse. That's a huge contributor to the poor coding aside from his general code.
3. Placeholders have no place when you put in a game demo, and you're going to lose the track of the assets you use in code, so why haven't you been implementing non-place holders if you could finish Osana right now?
4. Frame rate is shit. Related to the coding and assets, but seriously, when Tinybuild made their improvements, the frame rate was definitely better.
5. Character designs are first drafts at BEST. The most finished characters are the Student Council, and that's fairly sad.
6. Doesn't Alex have a modeler? Why not get new models? Using the same models, and the insane amount of custom hairs is stupid, because those are going to need to be resized, which is a LOT of extra tedious work.(Related to no. 3, but still something that bothers me). Games that use free assets/stolen assets don't look as interesting as ones that don't.
7. The animations are terrible. The only decent ones are the kill animations.
8. Game's overall tone is all over the place - why can't you commit to silly or serious? If silly, keep what you have, if serious you need to change a lot of shit, many of them being those god damn names. If hes' trying to do the juxtapose, he's doing it completely wrong. Subtlety is your friend, go play Silent Hill 2 ffs.
9. A personal problem I have is the rival order - Osana is a childhood friend, her fucking name is childhood friend, why the fuck is she the first rival? To me, she should be second to last. Childhood friends are not easy to shove out of your life, and you tend to be pretty damn close with them I'd hope, so her being the first rival is fucking nonsense.
10. The backstory is needlessly over complicated both for Yandere-chan and the Student Council(MEGAMI). A game like Yandere Simulator shouldn't rival Metal Gear in terms of script - it's about a girl who kills people who love her victim, it isn't rocket science. You can add lore, but keep it subtle.
11. The writing. The writing is awful. I rewatched the entire Osana rejection elimination method recently, and everything is terrible. The writing is practically written by 4th graders in terms of quality. It isn't organic, it isn't realistic, it's very anime and tropey, which is not what he wants I think.

If I think of any others, this list will continue to grow.

Find a way to tactfully ask if he progressed far enough in his C# for Dummies book to learn what a switch statement is and how to use it.

Why does he have such a terrible self-imposed schedule? He could easily work hard on weekdays, and then take weekends off.
