Its funny how many random things you can do in the game without actually playing a game, i keep seeing every person that plays yandere simulator, running for 30 min like a dumbass, trying to do something fun that doesn't exist in the game, then doing some random actions like picking a knife and taking pictures, then killing some students then failing the quicktime events because it was too fast and broken to react or they didnt expect it and get busted, and repeat the routine.

The "people who think that way" are the people who aren't buying into your "I'm an overworked Dev, please pity me" bullshit. Yet screw what they think; let's take solace in a bunch of 12 year olds that are solely here to stroke your cock like your pal Mike Z pointed out.

Sadly late to the party but with how Alex treats his fans (or...anyone) I'd honestly be willing to pay good money to see him try to survive under normal, social conditions.
E.g. leaving the house for work, required interaction with co-workers/customers, etc.

That can't happen now, he's borderline unemployable. The massive gap in resume aside, even if he were considered it would take all of 2 seconds for a hiring manager to stumble upon his internet antics, where they'll find such classics as "Stick your dick in a beehive", or "The world would be a better place if you died".

He's either gonna have to stick to "programming" indie games for the rest of his days or change careers to something where nobody gives a shit. He's got a degree in animation right? (...not sure how, all the animations in this game are trash) he could get into animation I guess.

What I mean is that I HIGLY doubt the disabled quota means anything for him. He doesn't seem autistic at all, but let's pretend he is. To be considered one, you need a special target and a document, that requires you to pass several medical exams proving the ways the disability affect your life (it's not enough having the disability alone). Even then, they will give you the lower possible number, and it will rarely ever will be enough for any government help (not that they are good anyway).

And even if you manage to do that, disability job sites will mainly just offer you two options: help with heavy objects on industrial enviroments or clean houses and buildings. Sometimes, other things show up, but companies are very clear on what they want: if they must have this weirdos, at least make them higly visible so everyone can see how inclusive they are. Down syndrome and blind people are their favorites. Invisible mental illnes have no chance.

Or tltr: He doesn't seem autistic, but if he is, just being one don't get you a job. It's a hard, long, frustrating way that I doubt Alex could do at all.

He is a big fish in a small pool now but soon competitors will pop up and offer what he's offering but better. He will possibly scramble to include features and elements from those games as well and never be done.

I do know there are companies here who specifically hire autistic people because they specialise in tasks like finding bugs in codes or similar and apparently people on the spectrum seem to do that a lot better than "normal" people. Plus, here it's not necessarily a "shit job" thing even if you're the autistic nutjob Alex is (I'm aware we have no proof he's in any way disabled but honestly, turning out to be disabled, even if it's not autism, would be his only chance for getting a job tbh) because some companies take pride in hiring (mentally) disabled people because of image reasons or so. Usually that's office kinda work.

Yeah that must be some kind of hell at this point. No school would allowed this.

At some point, Yandev pointed that he wouldn't post a video unless it really had content.
Guess what. He couldn't resist. Its because he think if he doesn't post, people will lose interest in the game. He's not wrong in a way, but people want to see video with content not this shit. This kind of video suck more than if he just update one per month.

In insight the really only way I think I would consider all of this "delinquent crap" useful is if the "injured persona" can also be used to kill the nurse rival by using your injuries to get close to the rival in question. Don't get me wrong : all of this "battle minigame" is still a stupid idea in my opinion and doesn't really make sense in a game like Yandere Simulator... but the idea of losing on purpose a battle with a delinquent to kill the nurse with ease can kinda give all of this a cool twist.
Plus it always cool to have a feature be used in differents ways, and for different rivals.

But let's face it : Alex can't even begin to understand the basic of game design so I'm sure the nurse rival will need another "mysterious obstacle" and "brand new ways of elimination" instead of making this game coherent game design wise.

He could have very easily stepped down when the new programming volunteer got involved, he chose not to. He doesn't want to give up his creative control (although at this point he really should've, nothing he's added recently makes any sense), he doesn't want to step down into a more suitable creative consultant role, because its all about him, this "me! This man’s stupidity is just outstanding. IIRC in 2016 he said that he’s very eager to have someone else program the game for him so he can be just the creative director. His partnership with tinyBuild was perfect for that but he’s such a control freak and glory hog that he fucked up his only chance at finishing YS, because he’ll never be able to finish it himself. He has no one to blame but himself for his shortcomings.

I can't speak for the US but in my country it's VERY easy and common to forge medical documents or get fake ones from e.g. a doctor you know. You don’t even have to be rich or anything, you just need to know somebody who’ll be willing to pull some strings. And the documents are rarely checked, usually employers don’t give a shit. When I was in secondary school I knew a few people who were extremely idle and their parents got them fake documents proving that they had some mental disability so the teachers would treat them lightly.
So IMO Alex’s parents could effortlessly get him fake documents so his lazy ass has a chance at getting employed.
