Don't think about it too much, its just another garbage plotline that Alex came up with while tossing literal shit at the drawing board.

So we've got War, Futuristic Technology, family drama, psychopathy, romance (albeit unrequited), school life, yakuza... At this point he seems to be trying to cover as many bases as possible and stretching his story as thin as possible. Its a mess, but hey, I wouldn't expect any less from Alex.

Years later, that guy becomes an insanely rich CEO of a massive tech corporation, but he’s also an asshole obsessed with immortality after seeing Wolverine regenerating from basically a burning corpse. He also treats his family like shit.

On the other hand, I just can’t imagine Alex watching something that is not anime.

I guess no one cares, but it looks like there’s more Fun Girl “lore” in the new build. Adding more pointless Saikous’ backstory must be the only thing Alex does consistently.

If I remember right, Alex originally wanted Fun Girl to be somewhat hard to find. Now her new lines are always found the same day the build is released. Might as well change her name to “Exposition Fairy”.

Why does World War II need to be involved? It just seems exceptional and cringy. Constant edge will scare away customers (although, unfortunately, people will lap it up like pig slop because DevPai). There always has to be some tragic and badly-written backstory.

So the posts are still there, but I take it the way reddit works is that if a post is removed its taken out of the subreddit feed's populated content, and can only be reached via direct link.

That's pretty shitty. I mean, I can get why they would remove the post because of the language in the title, but other less aggressive posts were also removed as well. It's like anything that wasn't bending over backwards praising Alex for his shitty ripoffs were gone before the day ended. I literally watched some threads just vanish while I was browsing the subreddit with the posts sorted by newest.

I guess it really puts into perspective just how important archiving and catching screenshots is in situations like this.

With every new update, I look back and laugh harder at how Alex wants his game to be taken seriously.
The humanized Scooby having a dog collar made me lose it. But hey maybe I'm missing out and every prestigious school has guys with dog collars hanging around.

I go to a private all boy's high school that's considered "preppy", and there are no guys who wear dog collars. Even the weirdest guys wouldn't do something like that. We have a dress code. If someone came to school with a dog collar they'd either be chewed out by the administration or made fun of by other students until they stopped
