The "I said this in the heat of the moment" excuse is really stupid. At best it makes Alex look really inpulsive and at worse it makes him look like a guy who was major anger management problems if he can write a mini essay about how he thinks a mental illness isn't real and then not think anything of how this might look in the off chance it is leaked. What is he trying to accomplish by making himself seem emotionally unhinged and ready to go on a rampage like that?

It is quite long now.

I don't think he has ever looked at his debunk page and thought to himself "does this raise any red flags?", because it's really not a good look to have such a page, much less one that length.

Isn't Alex over 30 already and way past the point where an adult is considered fully developed? The way he acts makes it seem like there's something wrong with him like some kind personality disorder or some kind of mental illness that he refuses to go to a therapist for. (Not claiming that he does but a lot of the actions he feels the need to "debunk" make him look like someone who needs to take time away from the internet and to get professional help.)

He fucked up pretty bad here, and his best bet to limit the internal damage on this is probably to try and frame the whole thing as an attack on him, as opposed to a response to being a dick. He's trying to steer the narrative into "look at the hatemob amplifying this to try and hurt me" rather than letting it sit on "look at this piece of shit thing I said in a salty moment".

Dudes not particularly good at manipulation, but its an easy ploy to run against a preteen audience.
