pretty sure that includes animations as well. i'm not an expert in this, but apparently the animations would have to be redone from scratch if models were remade.

yan-chan would probably stay the same (black-haired anime girl with grey eyes) since alex has no creativity, so i think the merch would stay up to date in that regard

Simple instancing. Instancing cannot be initiated while an object is static. To enable instancing you have to follow 4 simple steps, that an 8 year old can perform.

It was entertaining enough as background noise. I honestly can't remember much about it thinking back, even though it was just a few hours ago. From the beginning of the "development" he very happily stated that panty shots were a core mechanic of the game. As time passed and people started associating taking panty shots of teenagers in a highschool with pedophilia, he started to backtrack on it. He also did a bit when the "game" was banned from twitch because of panty shots but yeah, I'm personally more into the "I work on a huge project completely alone while I blame my team of almost 100 volunteers for delays throughout the years" thing

Besides, you're not developing the game alone - the volunteers are helping you. They make assets and other shit for the game and artwork for your videos, without them you'd be fucking nothing. You have driven away so many artists that contributed to your project in various ways I've honestly lost count.
So shut the fuck up already about how hard it is to be the "sole" developer. You have refused to get help for years and every time you were offered it you either turned it down or fucked it up because you're too autistic.
