This honestly seems like he has lost his mind. 100% immersed in his delusions. It started when he married Rosachu (or was it Sonichu) and then started talking about the dimensional merge and Goddesses talking to him and ramped up from there. I think we can all agree the Goddesses is the ween Kelly Osborn [Texas Tech] (Lubbock Texas).

Its either insane delusion or a coping mechanism to deal with everything going on. This is new insane territory for him, never has he been worse off mentally than he is right now.

I am not sure. I know they can redact shit in an FOIA, so I don't know how much of this could/would qualify to not be.
