Disaster Exclusive: DOJ, FBI conclude Epstein had no "client list," committed suicide - Investigators found "no incriminating 'client list' " of Epstein's, "no credible evidence ... that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals," and no "evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties," the memo adds.

President Trump's Justice Department and FBI have concluded they have no evidence that convicted sex offender and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epsteinblackmailed powerful figures, kept a "client list" or was murdered, according to a memo detailing the findings obtained by Axios.

Why it matters: The findings represent the first time Trump's administration has officially contradicted conspiracy theories about Epstein's activities and his death — theories that had been pushed by the FBI's top two officials before Trump appointed them to the bureau.

Zoom in: According to the memo, investigators closely examined footage of Epstein's Manhattan prison cell between around 10:40 pm on Aug. 9, 2019, when Epstein was locked in his cell, and around 6:30 am the next day, when he was found unresponsive.

  • The footage, which was reviewed by Axios but couldn't be verified independently, showed no one entering the area, the administration said.
  • "The FBI enhanced the relevant footage by increasing its contrast, balancing the color, and improving its sharpness for greater clarity and viewability," the memo says.
  • Investigators found "no incriminating 'client list' " of Epstein's, "no credible evidence ... that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals," and no "evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties," the memo adds.
Zoom out: As MAGA influencers, Patel and Bongino had been among the loudest voices touting Epstein conspiracy theories.

  • Since joining the government as Trump appointees they've been more measured in talking about the Epstein investigation, and thrown cold water on the notion he was murdered.
  • "He killed himself," Bongino said on Fox News in May. "I've seen the whole file."
MAGA's media universe and some of its voices on Capitol Hill have expressed frustration with the Trump administration's handling of the Epstein case since February, when DOJ released a tranche of Epstein-related files that were already publicly available.

Conservative figures panned the disclosure, saying it lacked new information.

  • "THIS IS NOT WHAT WE OR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ASKED FOR and a complete disappointment," Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) posted then. "GET US THE INFORMATION WE ASKED FOR!"
The intrigue: When Elon Musk had a falling out with Trump last month, Musk accused the president of being "in the Epstein files."

  • Trump posted on Truth Social a statement from former Epstein lawyer David Schoen, saying Trump wasn't implicated in any crime. Schoen had also represented Trump in his first impeachment trial.
Musk later deleted his accusation and other posts on X, saying he "went too far."
  • Still, the questions about whether Trump's name is in the government's Epstein files have persisted because they had been acquaintances who attended the same parties in the 1990s.
  • In a 2017 interview with author Michael Wolff, Epstein even claimed that at one point he was "Donald Trump's closest friend."
  • Trump, however, said in 2019 that he was "not a fan of Epstein" and hadn't "spoken to him for 15 years." He also said he had barred Epstein from his golf resorts in the early 2000s.
  • Democrats, meanwhile, have demanded to know more about the Epstein-Trump relationship.
What's next: The DOJ and FBI say in the memo that no "further disclosure" of Epstein-related material "would be appropriate or warranted."

  • The memo says much of the material relates to child sexual abuse, details of Epstein's victims, and information that would expose innocent individuals to "allegations of wrongdoing."
  • "Through this review, we found no basis to revisit the disclosure of those materials and will not permit the release of child pornography," the memo says.
Axios' Marc Caputo contributed to this story.

I find it way more likely that Trump saw that Israel/Mossad was far more heavily involved than he expected and had to cover for his greatest ally instead of him just deciding to bring attention to something the democrats were already screaming he took part in. He's an old boomer who's dad was already very friendly with the jews and he's basically let Bilbi's early election congratulation to Biden slide.

If that was the case, why would the administration not come out and say “We wanted to give you all the evidence, but it was conveniently destroyed by our predecessors”? Why would they half-ass it like this and make it look like they’re sweeping for somebody?

The way this situation has gone down glows.
My point was that there's no explanation for going from, "We're going to release everything as soon as we have all the documents," to dead silence unless you definitely expected to get the documents and then didn't get them for some reason. It's exactly the kind of political scenario you might be backed into but would not create yourself, a predictable optics nightmare. (Forget about the child rapists, how bad is Bad Orange Man?!)

Some possibilities:

1) they're monitoring the situation investigating the shitshow themselves and trying to find something concrete to nail people to the wall with in court before the term is up, and/or

2) one or more of the swamp creatures in this administration is implicated, and the Trump guys didn't realize it until later, and now they're all covering their asses, and/or

3) evidence was destroyed by some neocon appointed during the previous Trump administration, and they can't admit that.

... or the CIA/Mossad niggers have blackmail info on everyone.

But "Zion Don was ackshully fucking girl scouts on the tapes" makes no sense in any scenario. "Trump voluntarily talked about Epstein as a form of 5D chess because he's in the files" makes even less sense, and it's also not something we can explain away with the leftoid security blanket of "he's the stupidest and least competent man who ever lived," either.

None of this tracks. It all definitely glows.

So there was no list.
There's a codex or database though, right?
We The People just aren't going to get to see it?

I was expecting this, but I do wonder if we'd be less annoyed with this outcome or if They'd said, "Yes We have the list but it isn't in Our best interest to release it at this time."

Because if everyone is on the list it's a mutually assured destruction thing. It's like saying hey, everyone planning to sabotage my second term, here's what I'm ready to do. The whole ship is going down on fire if you don't get off my ass. And what's happened since? Sure there's been judicial pushback but Trump has largely been able to act as he pleases the last half year.
So why bring it up at all instead of burying it under layers of other hot button sociopolitical issues? I don't understand the argument that Trump would benefit in any way from voluntarily talking about it at all.

If the government literally just ignored Epstein and never commented on it it would look even more suspicious. It would be like the government being completely silent after 9/11 and not even the President speaking once publicly on the matter. The expectations are that they have to address the biggest issues and events happening all over the world. Imagine Bush telling reporters "9/11 was last week's news". Tommy Vietor gave an interview where he said "Benghazi was two years ago so it's not worth it to discuss anymore". There was outrage for a minute in the media then everyone moved on to another story.

And they know at this point that they can lie and they have enough supporters in politics and the media that they can drown out the conspiracy theorists and critical thinkers. So they can have the narrative of "Epstein killed himself" and enough of the media (social and mainstream) will carry that lie for them. And "Epstein didn't have a client list". And they can mock everyone by playing Trump and Epstein dancing at parties and Musk doing 'kung fu practice' with Maxwell and there will be enough Trump and Musk supporters to drown out the accusations of them being child rapists.

Yet again, I must say, there is no political solution and you are one gullible fucking retard if you think you can vote your way out of the Evil Empire that is the modern day United States of America. Every single politician is evil. All of them. No, there are no exceptions. The only thing that was wrong about January sixth is that they weren't hanging every Congress "person" they could get their hands on. Yeah yeah yeah muh fedpost, whatever, I am tired of everyone being pussies and not saying the obvious truth because it might scare someone. I am so fucking disgusted by the cesspit that America has become.

Wow, I didn't think they would be this blatant about it. Ghislaine Maxwell should really appeal her conviction since apparently she was trafficking children to no one.
After the GOP House Judiciary rick rolled people by pretending to release the Epstein files, this is exactly how blatant I expected them to be. It's obvious that Trump is a pussy scared of getting assassinated if he calls out his child rapist handlers, so he and the rest of his worthless admin cucked out. I have been so incredibly disappointed by this administration and its total failure on basically every meaningful promise it has made thus far. But hey, at least he is Making Israel Great Again...

Didn't Kash just say that about two weeks ago, that they couldn't release the list because it would fan the flames of antisemitism.

I know you're a Canadian with TDS and so roughly equivalent to a retarded child, but the intelligence agencies have been their own independant fiefdoms for decades now. The "oversight" any president has over them has been illusory for a long time. They are a solidified, independent power base that can't be defunded or openly opposed and must be negotiated with at best. They have their own agendas and values and plans for the country and the world. And, like J. Edgar Hoover, they likely have kompromat on nearly everyone in politics.

In a just world, all glowie agencies would be shut down and their employees liquidated. They are the most corrupt people on Earth.
Are you trying to gaslight me or gaslight yourself?

I am so confused, is this a real memo or not? Did Axios fall for bait like back in 2017 when people fell for the Piss Dossier?
How am I supposed to believe that memo is even real? How did Axios get it?
I don’t see anyone publicly calling bullshit on it Trump is fairly on point with getting online and calling journoscum lying retards I would expect that to have happened by now. Even if it’s through a proxy until they start whatever legal smack down planned.

That has to be the most succinct and direct I have ever seen a government memo be. Weird.

Also weird how it doesn't have any sort of ending signature, isn't that a standard thing?

I have a feeling this story is just gonna get weirder.

Remember, Donald was president when Epstein was killed and frequently bragged about hanging with Epstein and loving young girls like he did. You Fell For It Again

Using logic to come to a more likely conclusion looks like "gaslighting" to a someone with an anti-American priapism boner, of course.

Why am I even responding? You're not a real poster. You're not even a real person 🇨🇦

Lol didn't read.

My conclusion is that they are stirring outrage on purpose, most likely to divert attention from something more important. Idk, check repo market or something?
I really doubt they are so clueless as not to understand that this level of gaslighting is just not palatable to even the most ardent fans. We have internet and we remember things. We are not demented.

It had a chilling effect on me, because it slightly reeks of desperation.

Why the pointless charade? They could have released doctored list, half list, list with most of the people dead already except for obvious ones like Prince Andrew etc.

The only reasonable motif is creating shock wave and providing fodder for pointless discussions.

I think they said one true thing: Nobody's blackmailed.

"If they weren't on this list of cheerleader fuckers, Thomas Pritzker and Bill Gates would be totally cool guys doing good deeds for the little people!"

Fucking psychotic idea.

No non-villains were invited to Fuck Island.
