I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Hamber probably likes Twinky having long nails. Dogs with extremely long nails are less active... it hurts walking on them, so they just don't do it unless they have to. Combined with the dogs obesity, it must have been extremely painful for Twinky to walk. It's a lot less less work on Ol' Hammy to take care of a dog who only moves when it needs to eat or pee.
 
I leave for a little while, come back and Amber is southern and friends with Rafe again, even though pots were stirred. Goddamn.

Has anyone captured the “you already stirred the pot” Rafe video? I have a feeling she is going to take down all evidence of what an evil doughnut she is.

I feel sorry for Twinkie. If she even goes in for a nail trim, it'll either be minimal because her quicks are so long or extremely painful if the vet says fuck it and just cuts them to start fresh. I don't really see how she'll get away with just a $15 trim though if the dog hasn't ever been to the clinic ($40-50+ exam depending on the clinic and then the suggested routine tests/vaccinations). I'd be surprised if Twinkie herself isn't diabetic.

Yeah, I'm not sure Amber realizes that with how long Twinkie's nails are it can take several appointments. If the vet decides to go slow with them, they'll take off a little and have Twinkie come back in a week or so until the quick is dry again before trimming more. It could probably take 3-4 appointments before Twinkie's nails are at a comfortable length for her.

Becky has said she's concerned Twinkie may have diabetes because of her frequent urination, Amber said they'd take her to the vet. Obviously they didn't tho

I hope the engagement is real.

It's not exactly uncommon for stable and normal people to be somewhat bothered by an ex getting married. It's not the most healthy thing to feel, but it's not totally abnormal.

AL has very weird attachment issues regarding exes, especially with destiny.

If this is legit, she's going to lose her fucking mind.

I think AL still held out hope that Dusty would tire of Dana and they were destined to get back together. Becky is just a placeholder caretaker. She always showed out and made a real ass of herself to compete for Dusty's attention during their outings.
