As @Adamska said, HAHA NO!

The closest he has ever gotten is Dusty showing him his penis, Phil was so excited he couldn't keep it in and Shat himself, that is the closest he has ever been that we can verify

Just saw this, and loyalty compels me to point out that there was no "showing," and it was not voluntary on Dusty's part. I shudder to think what might have happened if Phil hadn't been stopped by the power of incontinence.

This forum mentions that Phil 'Bounces and Squeaks' when he is agitated. Is this a general assumption of his autism or is there a documented incident?

It's Phil's way of "stimming" when he's stressed or excited, which is a possible symptom of autism. The bouncing and squeaking have been witnessed by people around him. I think either @tweaker the cat or @Weeping With Pity described it as bouncing on the heels while making a sound that resembles a kitten meowing.

I know that Phil got kicked out of college for uploading the "anime OC shoots McCain in the head" picture, but how did he get into college in the first place? As I recall correctly, it was a community college but on a scholarship. Did he do well in high school and/or was particularly economically disadvantaged?

It wasn't a merit-based scholarship, I can tell you that much. If I recall correctly, he didn't graduate high school until his early twenties.

Phil's Pre-College life apart from a few bit's of information is rather murkey, I know a few bit's an pieces here and there so of which is public knowledge and other bit's that are not and I havent really got a way of verifying the facts so they remain for now pure conjecture*, but he did go to collage a little bit later than most but not to far outside of the range for a first time attendee it would look odd, as for the source of his funding I'm not sure exactly what it was but I think it was along the same lines as the program that got him that WaWa job.

*= I'd like to point out that I only post about Phil verifiable information, or extrapolation's given the available facts not baseless rumor mongering. I have in the past reached out to more than a few people to try and get more details about a event and been given information that they themself got as embellished or wildly innacurate versions of events, often directly from Phil or some one at a time who would have backed up Phil. Also the people from Phil's past tend to have sour taste in there mouth whenever his name get's brought up and are more than a little willing to twist the knife a bit when recounting events and you have to read between the lines and cross reference things with other sources to get a more accurate outline of whats happened. This has lead to some frustration on my part because when you get info from the primary source that's not trust worthy, and problematic secondary sources you have to do a awful lot of fact checking an cross referencing especially when it's Phil former friends giving you that information.

Did Phil get into college as some kind of tard program?

As far as I can tell, his Mum wasn't interested in paying or not able to at best and he was working minimum wage part time and the odd thing he himself posted makes me lean towards the fact he was funded by a 3rd party if not in full at least in the majority most likely by some form of program to get SPED's into education if they are able to perform some kind of useful skill that getting education for is beneficial or required, I have my suspicions as to what program it was but no solid evidence as yet, but I'm finding out more about Phil's past all the time so I'll find out what eventually.
