I'm happy that Chris finally has the strength to come out of the closet! I'd imagine it would be hard in a rural Southern city like Ruckersville to be so open about one's sexuality -- Chris' frantic attempts at assuring us that he is STRAIGHT are a testament to that -- but I'm happy that he finally had the courage to act as he really is! I'm sure, as Tubular Monkey suggested, that he feels much happier too. Sure, maybe he doesn't have the courage yet to actually say the words, but such gestures as flirty eye pictures and vibrant pink-and-blue shoes are a small step on the journey.
(As for the not plucking his eyebrows -- well, I can't blame him for that one. I hate tweezing my own eyebrows, personally. I usually just get them waxed every so often when I go to get a haircut, and just pluck to make sure I don't get a unibrow. It saves me from having to do it myself, because I'm lazy like that.)
Also, is that sunlight in the eye picture? I'm surprised. I thought most of the windows would be too cluttered from the hoard to let in much light.
