I think I'll do what Cuddlebug says. Besides, I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything. I may as well just cut to the very basic and bare point to say that it's just gameplay in the series that interest me in the series. With that said, I feel if I say anything else, I might just cause a fire.

*Edit again: I'll also admit that looking at my post, I can admit having a lower intelligence score than you if you know what I mean. Perhaps I'm just a troglodyte who might not see the entire greatness of the series.

Why would anyone think you're a jerk? We're disagreeing about videogames on the internet. This is some weapons grade frivolity. You guys are taking this too seriously.

Well, looking at what I'm posting, I can't help but feel that by really looking at it, it feels like a stupid argument I'm making, and I also feel that maybe I shouldn't really engage in posting if I can't really make much of a good contribution to the discussion.

I will say this: I like Fallout 3. However if someone ever said Fallout 2 sucks compared to Fallout 3, then I would probably do what you do. As for what you said about some of us taking this too seriously, all I feel like saying is "The Internet is Serious Business ".

To be honest, Fallout 3 isn't terrible as a game, it's just not a Fallout game in my opinion and it shouldn't set itself up for failure by claiming to be one. I'm a pretty good doodler, I get complimented on my art sometimes, but I would never try to pass myself off as an artist because it would expose me to a higher level of expectation that I couldn't meet.

That I have heard before and despite not being much into the lore of series, I can't blame you or anyone who in their opinion do not see it as a Fallout game, especially when are invested with the series. That said I do wonder what direction the Fallout series went if Van Buren was made with what it's developers intended. Sure New Vegas may of taken things from it but still, imagine what it would of been like. Probably be better than Fallout 2 with better choices, gameplay, and other things I wouldn't notice compared to you and other fans who are more invested in the series.
